Darren Beachley continues to get superb reviews on his new release, Sad Songs & Sunday Mornings, his first release for MasterShield Records. It is a combination of traditional, bluegrass gospel songs and some familiar, secular songs.

Three songs were written by Tom T. and Dixie Hall and you can always expect quality, well written lyrics, coming from two of the most sought after, bluegrass songwriters of our day.

Darren is backed up by his well experienced and gifted band, Legends of the Potomac, along with a few friends.  Members include, Mike Auldridge, Tom Gray, Norman Wright and Mark Delaney.  With a solid group of musicians like these, along with Darren's clear, smooth vocals, this is a CD that any bluegrass fan could savor.
