Doug Bartlett came to MasterShield Records by way of the Lonesome River Band, Paul Atkins and Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver. He has been known for many years for his fine musical abilities and especially his mastery of the fiddle but his unrecognized talent has been his clear, smooth vocals which demand attention from the true bluegrass fan.Doug does some fancy fiddlin' on several cuts. The title song is written as a tribute to the brave people of September 11 and speaks in a very healing way to all of us who remember that fateful day.
